This role requires a proven track record in route optimization, driver supervision and analytics to improve efficiency.

You will lead a remote team of drivers and dispatchers, monitor KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Sales and Warehousing to optimize end-to-end operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in logistics and delivery operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of South African transportation laws and regulations.
