Job summary

Remote Recruitment in South Africa is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a UK-based employer, fully remote from SA, owning invoicing and getting customers paid on time. Role overview

You will keep cash flowing in. You will raise invoices, record payments, chase overdue balances politely and keep the debtors ledger accurate for a UK business.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve invoice queries with customers and colleagues

What you'll need

• Experience in accounts receivable, debtors or credit control
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks or Sage

• Attention to detail and reliability

Nice to have

• Experience with UK VAT invoicing
• Familiarity with Stripe or GoCardless
• Experience with month-end close
