Placements24 is seeking a strategic and analytical Remote Hotel Revenue Manager to maximise room revenue and optimize pricing for a growing portfolio of properties. You will work remotely, analysing market trends, competitor pricing and demand forecasts to implement effective revenue strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue management or analytics in hospitality.
• Strong ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with PMS and RM software.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute dynamic pricing and inventory management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Analyze market data, competitor activities, and demand patterns to forecast future trends.
• Implement and manage revenue management systems and tools for data accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align revenue strategies with business goals.
• Prepare regular reports on revenue performance, occupancy, and market share for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to boost revenue streams.
