Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the hotel or revenue management sector.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
• Good understanding of hotel operations and revenue management principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical booking data, market trends, and competitor pricing to identify revenue opportunities.
• Assist in the development of demand forecasts and pricing strategies for various room types and periods.
• Monitor KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, and provide regular reports.
• Support revenue managers in implementing pricing and inventory controls across channels.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present complex information clearly.
