Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain efficient retail operational procedures for remote teams.
• Monitor operational metrics and identify improvements with actionable strategies.
• Provide remote training to staff on processes, systems and best practices.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage and optimize inventories, supply chain logistics and order fulfillment.
• Review workflows and implement changes to improve efficiency.
