You will play a vital role in supporting our client's retail strategy by analysing operational data, developing process improvements, and ensuring seamless execution across various retail functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of retail operations, and excellent communication capabilities to collaborate effectively with dispersed teams. This role requires a self-starter who can manage their workload independently and deliver impactful results in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in retail processes.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various retail functions.
• Support the rollout of new initiatives and technologies across the retail network.
• Collaborate with store teams, regional managers, and HQ departments to gather feedback and drive best practices.
• Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail operations, management, or a related analytical role.
• Proven experience in analysing operational data and implementing process improvements.
• Strong understanding of retail business models, supply chain, and store-level operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and ERP/CRM systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of an organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
