Job summary

The Really Great Teacher Company is looking for a Recruitment Consultant in Pretoria to manage the recruitment life cycle and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will drive bulk recruitment strategies and identify top talent, headhunt candidates, and coordinate interviews using reliable tools.

Responsibilities include reviewing applications, liaising with candidates, issuing service agreements, reporting daily activities, and promoting the company as an Employer of Choice.

Qualifications

• Bulk recruitment experience is required.
• Face-to-face/virtual interviewing expertise is expected.
• Experience headhunting and lead generation is a must.
• Able to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Strong social media presence and willingness to use platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• C1 level English proficiency and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications and assess qualifications.
• Headhunt suitable candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with reliable tools.
• Liaise with candidates accurately and promptly.
• Issue teacher service agreements and manage relationships.
• Utilize the recruitment platform and manage internal/external relationships.
• Report daily activities and contribute to process improvements.
• Promote the company as an Employer of Choice.
