Qualifications

You will be the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners, ensuring high standards of service and property upkeep in the Eastern Cape region. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of real estate properties , ensuring tenant satisfaction and property condition.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects, coordinating with vendors and contractors.
• Handle tenant relations, including lease enforcement, issue resolution, and rent collection.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including budgets, variance analysis, and rent roll reconciliations for property owners.
• Market vacant units, screen prospective tenants, and manage the leasing process for properties in Port Elizabeth .

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role within the real estate sector.
• In-depth knowledge of property management principles, tenant-landlord laws, and fair housing regulations in South Africa .
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
