Placements24 is seeking a strategic Real Estate Development Manager in Centurion, Gauteng. The role oversees acquisition, planning and execution of new development projects, from feasibility studies to handover.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate development or project management.
Demonstrated success in managing complex development projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of construction processes, zoning regulations, and financial analysis.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential development opportunities and sites.
Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling for new projects.
Manage the design, planning, and approval processes with relevant stakeholders.
Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and manage external consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with all local zoning laws, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
