Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist senior associates with market research, data collection and analysis.
• Support sourcing and identification of investment properties and development opportunities.
• Help prepare presentations, reports and marketing materials for clients.
• Coordinate property transactions, including documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Research market segments, competitor activity, and economic trends.
• Maintain databases of property information, client contacts and market data.
• Support virtual meetings and coordinate communication flows.
• Learn real estate principles under senior guidance and pursue online training.
• Contribute to team projects in a remote work setting.
