Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate acquisition, investment analysis, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate valuation methods and market dynamics in Gauteng.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in using real estate data platforms and remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
