Qualifications

• 3–4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT, FinTech, Insurance, Financial Services, Telecommunications, or similar industries.
• Experience documenting requirements using user stories, use cases, workflows, and business rules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes.
• Proficiency with BA tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or LucidChart.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document clear business requirements and user stories.
• Map processes, identify gaps, and support solution design.
• Assist with backlog refinement and ensure requirements align to business priorities.
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities across systems and workflows.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Support test case creation and UAT execution.
• Track requirements, dependencies, and risks across the project lifecycle.
