Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management or maintenance coordination.
• Proven AppFolio experience for maintenance requests and records.
• Strong written and spoken English with tenants and vendors.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and manage vendor performance.
• Solid knowledge of common residential maintenance issues and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Manage work orders from intake to completion.
• Coordinate communication between tenants, managers, and service providers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in AppFolio.
• Negotiate service rates and verify scopes to control costs.
• Source and onboard qualified contractors and vendors.
• Schedule visits, coordinate access, and monitor timelines.
• Review invoices, compare with quotes, and approve payments.
