Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Maintenance Coordinator to join our dispersed team supporting clients around Paarl, Western Cape. You will remotely plan and oversee maintenance tasks for client equipment, coordinating with field technicians and clients to minimize downtime and maximize system longevity.

In this remote role, you will manage schedules, track progress, and maintain detailed service records while communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders to keep maintenance on track.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a coordination, scheduling, or logistics role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and remote communication tools.
• Strong understanding of Installation & Maintenance processes and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and coordinate routine and corrective maintenance activities for client equipment remotely.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, field service teams, and internal support departments.
• Track maintenance progress and ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, work orders, and service reports.
• Proactively identify potential maintenance needs and suggest preventive measures.
• Communicate any delays or issues impacting maintenance schedules to relevant parties.
