Qualifications

• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related coordination role.
• Strong understanding of general building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and remote communication tools.
• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to proactively identify and address potential maintenance concerns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance and repair services for various building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Dispatch and manage third-party vendors and contractors for on-site work orders.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, invoices, and vendor performance.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize future issues.
• Communicate effectively with property managers, vendors, and internal teams regarding maintenance status.
