Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Remote Legal Consultant with expertise in Property Law to join its distributed legal team in SA. You will advise on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and conveyancing for clients nationwide, guiding transactions from a remote setup.

Admitted Attorney with 5+ years in property law, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote capacity are essential. Knowledge of Deeds Registries Act and related legislation is expected.

Qualifications

Admitted Attorney with at least 5 years in property law and conveyancing.
Experience with commercial and residential property transactions.
Strong knowledge of Deeds Registries Act and related legislation.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on commercial and residential property law, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.
Oversee conveyancing processes and property transfers.
