• Admitted Attorney with 5+ years' focus in property law and conveyancing.

• Strong drafting skills for sale agreements and leases.

Responsibilities

• Advise on property acquisitions, sales, leasing and disputes.
• Draft and register deeds of transfer and mortgage bonds.
• Conduct due diligence on property transactions.
• Provide legal opinions on complex property matters.
• Negotiate with clients, agents, financial institutions and authorities.
