Job summary

SmartPA is seeking a Project Coordinator in our Centre of Excellence to architect and maintain coordination frameworks, delivery timelines, and logistics pipelines for client accounts, including a global tech partner. You will be the coordination engine for technical deployment and recruitment milestones, driving value with Right First-Time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Project Coordination, Recruitment Coordination, or Team Operations role within a fast-paced corporate or technology environment.
• Practical experience managing complex coordination tasks with multiple moving parts (e.g., high-volume interview panels, tracking milestones, onboarding logistics).
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with comfort communicating alongside recruitment teams, HR, managers, and technical leads.
• Experience building, updating, and maintaining tracking sheets, project logs, or pipeline dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets) for data organisation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Programme and project tracking: provide dedicated project management coordination for infrastructure deployments; monitor timelines and logs.
• Talent and recruitment pipeline support: coordinate end-to-end temporary and vendor hiring logistics and templates.
• Interview panels and onboarding coordination: schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding logistics, hardware provisioning.
• Meeting and governance organisation: schedule meetings, prepare agendas, follow up on actions with international stakeholders.
• Legal and approvals liaison: support approval workflows and communications with Legal regarding resource usage.
