SmartPA is seeking a Project Coordinator to architect and maintain coordination frameworks, delivery timelines and logistics pipelines for complex client accounts. You will act as the coordination engine for critical deployments, managing end-to-end recruitment logistics, milestones, cloud timelines and stakeholder feedback with a focus on Right First-Time delivery.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Project Coordination or Team Operations in tech or corporate environments.
• Experience managing complex coordination tasks with multiple moving parts and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management with recruitment teams, HR, managers, and technical leads.
• Experience building and maintaining tracking sheets, logs, or dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for reporting.

• Provide dedicated project management coordination for infrastructure and deployment initiatives.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment pipeline logistics and candidate workflows.
• Own interview scheduling, onboarding logistics, and hardware provisioning.
• Schedule high-level project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on actions with international stakeholders.
• Support with internal approvals, compliance updates, and stakeholder communications with Legal.
• Record and process user feedback and feature requests for deployment improvements.
