Job summary

Caliber6 is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support special projects across Payroll, HR, and Accounts Payable. This role operates in a remote setting and follows a Monday–Friday schedule aligning with EST business hours.

You will coordinate timelines, gather requirements, and report progress to stakeholders while identifying risks and driving process improvements. A minimum of two years in project management is required, with strong English communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Project Management or coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate special projects across Payroll, HR, and Accounts Payable.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and meeting notes.
• Monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with process improvements and implementation of new workflows.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
