Job summary

Caliber6 is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. You will lead GoHighLevel buildouts, CRM implementations, and workflow automations, delivering business process improvements for multiple clients.

This is a client-facing, fully remote role with EST business hours. You’ll bridge clients and our development team, manage discovery, requirements, timelines, and risk, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of GoHighLevel experience.
• Proven CRM implementation or digital transformation project experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, automations, pipelines, and integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing expectations.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end CRM and GoHighLevel implementation projects.
• Lead client onboarding, discovery calls, and project planning sessions.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate and manage the development team to ensure timely project completion.
• Track project progress and timelines using Asana.
• Facilitate regular client updates and status meetings.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and scope changes.
• Ensure seamless communication between clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
