Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Project Manager to oversee international operational projects for a globally recognized organization. You will lead end-to-end initiatives from a fully remote setting, focusing on process optimization, system integration, and cross-cultural collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of global project management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and mastery of PMP/PRINCE2/Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 7 years in project management with global/international scope.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects in distributed teams.
• Knowledge of PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on managing global or international projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a remote or distributed team setting.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams remotely.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a high degree of self-discipline.
• Proficiency in collaborative project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Microsoft Teams).
• Experience with international business practices and cross-cultural communication is essential.
• The ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively is critical for this fully remote role.
