Requirements

• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, effective in a remote setting.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, make data-driven decisions, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience with change management and process optimization in a global context.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent senior project management certification is required.
