About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of global technology rollout projects, ensuring successful and timely deployment across all designated regions.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management for international initiatives.
• Manage and mentor virtual, cross-functional project teams operating in different time zones.
• Establish clear communication protocols and ensure effective information flow among distributed stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate global project risks and dependencies.
• Oversee the technical implementation, testing, and integration of new technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party contributions on a global scale.
• Ensure adherence to global standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports, executive summaries, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in global project management methodologies and remote team collaboration.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years leading large-scale international technology projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing fully remote teams and global project rollouts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is mandatory.
• Extensive experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Expertise in project management software and collaboration tools suitable for remote teams (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Slack).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and technology deployment processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex budgets and deliver projects within financial constraints.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage.
