Placements24 is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for remote leadership of large-scale construction initiatives. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes and adherence to quality standards.

You'll lead cross-functional teams, interface with clients and stakeholders, and drive risk management, cost control, and reporting in a globally distributed environment. A PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project finances, including cost control, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Coordinate and manage multiple project teams, including engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and reports.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex and large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore) and cost management tools.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance effectively.
• Experience in managing remote teams and working in a distributed project environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable.
