Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Act as a liaison between development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across distributed teams using various collaboration tools.
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance procedures, and release management protocols.
• Champion Agile methodologies and best practices within the development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within software development environments.
• Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies; Scrum Master certification is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex software projects using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Zoom, Trello, Jira).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
