Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in business process improvement or operational efficiency.
• Experience in ecommerce/retail environments is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical & data-driven problem solving abilities.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and process mapping software (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and remotely from South Africa near Klerksdorp.

The role involves managing projects that streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce costs across various departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leverage data to identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of business process optimization projects, from initial assessment to final implementation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to map existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and define desired future states.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets for optimization initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional project teams in a virtual environment, ensuring clear communication and task coordination.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges associated with process changes.
• Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of process improvements.
• Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and demonstrate the value of proposed solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of new processes with existing systems and technologies.
• Communicate project status, key findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a specific focus on business process improvement, re-engineering, or operational efficiency projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects within an e-commerce or retail environment is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and be based in South Africa, ideally within proximity to Klerksdorp .
