You will lead diagnostics, design improved processes, collaborate virtually with client teams, and drive sustainable adoption of new ways of working across industries in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in management consulting, operational excellence, or BPM.
• Proven track record with Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
