Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management for large-scale, complex construction projects executed remotely.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality management.
• Oversee and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring accountability across geographically dispersed members.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including clients, government agencies, investors, and partners.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in project management and leadership within the construction industry, with significant experience in infrastructure.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering mega-projects (multi-billion Rand value) on time and within budget.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Mastery of project management methodologies and software, with expertise in remote collaboration platforms.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience managing complex contractual and financial arrangements.
