Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of social impact initiatives. This fully remote role focuses on strategic planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of programs addressing key societal challenges across communities.

You will lead remote teams, manage budgets, build stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliant reporting while delivering measurable impact for our client.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressively responsible program management experience in non-profit or social development sectors.
• Proven success coordinating multiple complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation skills.
• Leadership of remote teams with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision making at scale.
• Proficient with project management tools and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and ongoing management of multiple social impact programs.
• Define objectives, scope, timelines, and resources aligned with mission.
• Oversee budgets and efficient allocation of financial resources.
• Mentor and manage remote project teams; foster high performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with beneficiaries, partners, government agencies, and donors.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks; assess impact and identify improvements.
• Prepare progress reports, impact assessments, and financial updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
