Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Production Floor Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations from a remote capacity. Lead distributed teams, optimize workflows and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts.

You'll monitor KPIs, develop schedules, and provide clear guidance to on-site staff, driving continuous improvement with strong analytics and lean principles in a fully remote, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production supervision or management role within manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams remotely using digital channels.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Remotely supervise and manage daily production activities, ensuring targets are met.
• Develop and implement optimized production schedules and workflows.
• Monitor KPIs for production efficiency, quality control, and waste reduction.
• Provide direction and support to on-site production teams through effective communication channels.
• Conduct remote quality assurance checks and troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are communicated and adhered to by on-site staff.
