Placements24 is seeking a Production Manager for remote leadership of our client's advanced materials production. You will oversee end-to-end production processes, emphasize safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement from a distance.

The role requires a strong technical background in engineering, 6+ years in production management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while working remotely. Familiarity with Durban's manufacturing context is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in production management within manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills suitable for a remote management role.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems and process control.
