Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations remotely. This role manages production schedules, quality control, and team performance from a distance, driving operational excellence through digital collaboration and strong communication.

You will lead a remote team, implement Lean manufacturing practices, ensure QMS compliance, and partner with supply chain to ensure timely materials and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a production supervision/management role within manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Proficiency in production planning software and remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily/weekly production schedules to meet demand forecasts and client needs.
• Monitor production performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for process improvement.
• Ensure adherence to strict quality control standards and regulatory compliance across all manufacturing processes.
