Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for assigned technology and indirect spend categories.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, supplier analysis, and cost modeling for international markets.
• Lead complex negotiations with global suppliers, securing favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
• Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers worldwide, ensuring compliance with ethical and quality standards.
• Manage and nurture strategic relationships with key international suppliers, driving performance and collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks within the global supply chain, ensuring business continuity.
• Collaborate closely with international R&D, Engineering, and Operations teams to align procurement strategies with product roadmaps and business needs.
• Monitor global commodity markets and geopolitical factors that may impact supply.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Prepare detailed reports on sourcing activities, savings achieved, and supplier performance for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, with a significant focus on global or international procurement.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing contracts with international suppliers.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics, international trade, and logistics.
• Expertise in market analysis, total cost of ownership, and risk management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively across different cultures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), e-sourcing tools, and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
