Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of process engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in SPC, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing chemical processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop data-driven strategies to optimize yield, energy use, and waste reduction.
• Model changes with process simulation software and predict impacts.
• Oversee pilot studies or plant trials for improvements.
• Maintain dashboards for remote monitoring of process performance.
• Collaborate with remote teams to implement optimization initiatives.
• Ensure changes comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Research new technologies and prepare detailed project reports.
