Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Management Consultant focused on Business Process Improvement to join our international consulting practice. You will remotely assess, redesign processes for efficiency, and collaborate with clients across sectors to boost productivity and reduce costs.

This fully remote role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least six years in management consulting or operational excellence, with Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years in management consulting, process re-engineering, or operational excellence.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.
• Experience conducting remote analysis and facilitating virtual process improvement sessions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote diagnostic assessments of client processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Design and implement optimized business processes using Lean and BPMN.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, and performance metrics.
• Lead virtual workshops and stakeholder interviews for requirements and buy-in.
• Quantify ROI and KPI improvements and report results.
• Guide client teams during implementation and adoption of new processes.
