Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
Proven experience in process engineering focusing on optimization and scale-up.
Expertise in process simulation and modeling software.
In-depth knowledge of chemical thermodynamics and reaction kinetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for a remote setting.
Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement process modifications to increase yield and reduce costs.
Develop and update process documentation, including PFDs and P&IDs.
Collaborate virtually with site operations, R&D, and project management teams.
