Cytel Inc. is seeking a Senior/Principal Statistical Programmer to work remotely full-time, embedded with a pharmaceutical client, with Cytel's backing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics or statistics.
• 7+ years of experience as a Statistical Programmer in Biotech/Pharma Biostatistics.
• Exceptional SAS programming skills and experience in clinical development.
• Extensive applied CDISC standards experience (SDTM, ADaM, Define.xml).
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions with FDA/global authorities.
• Ability to work independently with strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate SDTM, ADaM specifications, datasets, reviewer's guide and define.xml for multiple studies.
• Develop SAS programs to create datasets, listings, tables and complex graphs.
• Deliver high-quality SAS and/or R programs for clinical development needs.
• Oversee CRO statistical programming deliverables across studies to meet timelines.
• Support preparation of CSR, regulatory submissions, publications and DSUR.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and FDA electronic submission guidelines.
• Contribute to standards for programming tools, outputs and macros.
• Develop CRFs, edit checks and data validation plans.
• Provide data transfer spec reviews for external vendor data.
• Collaborate with CROs and vendors to meet project goals.
