Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listing on behalf of a partner, seeks a PPC Specialist based in South Africa. You will manage paid media across search and social channels, optimize campaigns, and drive qualified traffic and leads from a remote, full-time setting.

You will collaborate with performance marketers, content creators, and analytics teams to improve ROI, conversion rates, and campaign performance through testing and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, or communications.
• At least 3 years of hands-on PPC and paid media campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display and remarketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, tag management, conversion tracking, and measurement.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent written communication and ad-copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with landing-page optimization, A/B testing, and CRO.
• Excellent time-management and ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives, KPIs, budgets, and bidding strategies for campaigns.
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google/Microsoft Ads and social platforms.
• Create compelling ad copy and test variations to improve performance.
• Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and adjust bids and budgets accordingly.
• Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to improve landing pages.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics setup.
• Prepare regular reports and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Forecast traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI based on historical data.
• Share insights across teams to align with broader marketing goals.
• Stay updated on platform changes and testing opportunities.
