Trivium Group is seeking a skilled PPC Pod Leader to guide a team of strategists, drive data-driven optimization, and manage client advertising budgets. You’ll develop dashboards, report regularly to clients, and implement training programs to raise team performance.

The role supports remote work year-round with flexible hours and requires a strong background in PPC, leadership, and analytics. Excellent English communication and a proactive coaching mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in marketing, engineering, audit or management.
• Proven PPC experience and leadership ability.
• Strong knowledge of PPC concepts and strategy.
• Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of PPC strategists to deliver high-quality results.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Communicate with clients about performance and strategy.
• Manage client advertising budgets efficiently.
• Develop and maintain client and internal dashboards.
• Create and deliver training for new strategists.
• Coach existing strategists to enhance skills and performance.
• Allocate workloads and drive team productivity.
