You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS improvements and long-term client relationships. Remote role with US/Canada/SA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Experience working with multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements and campaign optimization.
• Paid media for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term strategy.
