Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for multifamily clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.

You will manage budgets, bids, targeting, and creative testing, and report the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps with the numbers behind your decisions on client calls. English communication with US clients is a must; agency experience across multiple accounts is required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns, with proven performance.
• Experience presenting ROAS/CPA improvements and client results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients and campaigns.
• Clear spoken English on live calls with US clients.
• Paid media experience for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause or kill campaigns.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
