You will optimize reliability, efficiency and safety, applying your experience to multiple generation technologies from gas and steam turbines to renewables.
This role focuses on data-driven maintenance, plant upgrades, and root-cause analyses while coordinating with operations teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in power plant engineering, focused on generation operations and maintenance.
- Experience with gas turbines, steam turbines and renewables.
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and power plant cycles.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify performance improvements and cost reductions.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies including predictive and preventive maintenance.
- Oversee plant upgrades, modifications and major overhauls.
- Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental standards and permits.
- Provide technical guidance to operations and maintenance teams.
