The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least 5 years of experience in power plant operations, with a focus on data-driven optimization and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in power plant operations, monitoring, or engineering.
• Proficiency with SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor and analyze power plant operational data using specialized software and dashboards.
• Identify performance deviations, troubleshoot operational issues, and recommend corrective actions to on-site teams.
• Optimize plant parameters to ensure peak efficiency, fuel economy, and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Generate regular operational reports, analyzing trends and providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with plant managers, engineers, and field technicians via virtual communication channels.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of power generation technologies and operational best practices.
