Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Industrial Controls Technician to join our innovative team. Based remotely, you will provide crucial technical support and troubleshooting for industrial control systems across client sites, guiding on-site personnel through remote diagnostics and calibration.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Industrial Controls Technician.
- Deep knowledge of PLCs, SCADA and HMI software.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot remotely.
- Excellent communication and remote coaching skills.
- Ability to interpret complex documentation and schematics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for industrial control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA.
- Analyze system data and performance metrics to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Guide on-site personnel through diagnostic procedures, repairs, and calibration remotely.
- Develop and maintain documentation for control systems, including guides and FAQs.
- Collaborate with engineering and field service teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor system performance remotely and identify areas for improvement.
