Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Plant Pathology, Botany, or related field.
• 5+ years diagnosing and managing plant diseases in agricultural settings.
• Experience with fungal, bacterial, viral, and nematode pathogens in major crops.
• Proficiency in remote communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plant diseases through remote analysis of field reports, images, and lab samples.
• Develop and recommend disease management strategies including IPM.
• Conduct literature reviews on emerging plant diseases and treatments.
