Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Clinical Research Associate for a fully remote role. You will oversee trials from initiation to close-out, ensure protocol adherence and data integrity, and liaise between sites and the project team in a globally distributed pharma environment.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of CRA experience, a life-science degree (advanced degree preferred), and strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or similar clinical trial management role.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical trial processes, and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical research.
• Proven ability to manage multiple studies and sites remotely with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site initiation visits, routine monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards.
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical data through SDV and query resolution.
• Serve as primary liaison between study sites, investigators, and internal project team.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, FDA regulations, and other ethical and legal standards.
• Prepare and present monitoring reports, identify site issues, and implement corrective action plans.
