Qualifications

• 5+ years in process development and scale-up for pharma/biopharma.
• Strong understanding of unit operations and thermodynamics.
• Experience with DoE, validation, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and scale-up manufacturing processes for APIs and drug products.
• Design and execute DoE to understand parameters and CPPs.
• Use process modeling to predict and optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop validation strategies and write validation reports.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, QA, and Engineering remotely.
• Conduct PHAs and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Evaluate new technologies and equipment for process improvement.
• Prepare technical reports and regulatory submissions.
