Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Personal Executive Assistant to support the founder across personal, household, and logistical tasks in a high-trust, always-on role.

You will handle household needs, plan events, source vendors, send gifts, and solve complex personal logistics that require initiative and judgment.

This is a 100% remote, full-time position with core hours 8 AM to 6 PM US Pacific Time; AI tools will be used to research, plan, and execute tasks while keeping the founder informed.

Responsibilities

• Handle household needs end to end, including researching, sourcing, and coordinating vendors, service providers, and contractors
• Hire and manage household staff such as private chefs, cleaners, and other service providers
• Coordinate home logistics, maintenance, and recurring household needs proactively
• Plan and execute personal events, including dinners, gatherings, and special occasions, from concept through execution
• Source and send thoughtful gifts for friends, family, and professional contacts
• Manage personal calendars and commitments so the founder is never caught off guard by an upcoming obligation
• Take complex, open-ended tasks (travel research, reservations, personal shopping, and more) and work through them independently from start to finish
• Use AI tools to research, plan, and execute tasks, anticipating needs and surfacing solutions proactively
• Respond instantly during core hours and promptly outside them, keeping the founder informed on open tasks without being asked
