Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROAS across paid channels in a fully remote team.

You will manage, optimize, and scale campaigns from ideation to execution, conduct keyword research, test ad creatives, monitor budgets, and report insights to improve performance. This role demands strong analytics and hands-on experience with major ad platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing, PPC, and paid social.
• Hands-on experience managing significant ad budgets and optimizing for conversions and ROAS.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA, Ads, and related tools.
• Excellent understanding of A/B testing and landing page optimization.
• Ability to work independently on multiple remote projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad creative testing to optimize performance.
• Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and ensure efficient spend to achieve ROAS targets.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop ad copy and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
